BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3408 Elder Mountain Road, being on the southwest line of Elder Mountain Road northwest of Racoon Trail. Lots 1-7, block B, West Chattanooga Land Company's Subdivision No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 6, page 34, ROHC, that part of Tennessee Street lying between blocks A and B as shown on said plat (said part of street abandoned by Case No. 1970-003), and part of an unplatted tract; being part of the properties described as Tract One and Tract Three in deed book 2505, page 787, ROHC. Said lots, part of street, and part of unplatted tract form one tract beginning on the southwest line of Elder Mountain Road 1215 feet northwest of the intersection of the southwest line of Elder Mountain Road with the northwest line of Racoon Trail, said point being the northeast corner of lot 7, block B, said West Chattanooga Land Company's Subdivision No. 1, thence southwest 400 feet with the southeast line of said lot 7, and said line extended, thence northwest 400 feet parallel to Elder Mountain Road, thence northeast to the southeast corner of lot 10, block A, said subdivision, and continuing northeast with the southeast line of said lot 10 a total distance of 400 feet to the southwest line of Elder Mountain Road, thence southeast 400 feet with Elder Mountain Road to the northeast corner of lot 7, block B, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 144F-A-27.4 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. To be used as a Bed and Breakfast only, other than for R-1 uses. 2. Eleven (11) bed and breakfast units maximum. 3. Installation of one small 4' X 5' wooden sign at entrance. 4. No exterior expansions. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
